Sanaipei Tande was born as Natasha Sanaipei Tande on March 22, 1985, in Mombasa, Kenya. Sanaipei Tande started her education at Loreto Convent, Mama Ngina High school, and Aga Khan High School. She then finished her secondary education at the St Lucy Kiriri Girls.
After high school, Sanaipei Tande gained admission into the Kenya Medical Training College but deferred her course to put much effort into her music career.
