Charles Pol was born on March 6th, 1979, in Central Michigan. He is the adopted son of Dr Jan Pol and Diane Pol. His father, Dr Jan is a famous Dutch-American veterinarian who set up a farm with his wife Diane in Michigan, where they run a clinic.

Charles Pol was raised alongside two sisters including Kathy Pol and Diane Jr. who were also adopted. He is the youngest of three children in the family. He was cast into the limelight at a very young age, as the son of a famous doctor and television personality.

Concerning his education, Charles Pol went to the University of Miami, from where he graduated in 2003 and majored in communications.
