For many cricket lovers, the enduring memory of Andre Symonds will be his shoulder charge to the level of a nude streaker during a one-day international at the Gabba in 2008.
The naked man had been forced to be stopped when he ran onto the field to play and made beeline for Symonds who was battling for Australia.

As the streaker approached, Symonds dropped his shoulder into the intruder and sent the man flying into the air and back to the ground.
Symonds reacted to this in an interview last year and said;
“We’re obviously bred pretty tough here in Australia and don’t take backwards steps. In the heat of the competition, there’s a lot of adrenaline and when someone interrupts the match like that, it can be frustrating”.
