Arnold Schwarzenegger successfully undergoes second heart surgery (PHOTOS)

Arnold Schwarzenegger has said that he feels fantastic following his heart surgery.

The surgery involved having a new aortic valve. It can be recalled that the Terminator star had a new pulmonary valve during his most recent surgery prior to this one.

He took to Twitter to share photos of himself and was full of thanks to the team at Cleveland Clinic for the role they played during the surgery.
