- Former BBNaija housemate Ruthee, recently evicted from the show, has made controversial claims about fellow contestants, the twin sisters Wanni and Handi, accusing them of having body odour.
- Ruthee made these allegations during her post-eviction interview with Big Brother Naija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, stating that the twins’ smell was noticeable even from a distance.
- She recalled an incident during a game where another housemate identified one of the twins solely by their smell, further solidifying Ruthee’s claim.
- Ruthee questioned why the twins’ odour was so distinct compared to other housemates, asserting that it was an undeniable issue that affected everyone around them.

This claim was made during her post-eviction interview with the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, where she didn’t hold back in expressing her discomfort with the twins’ hygiene.
Ruthee, who was known for being straightforward in the BBNaija house, recounted an incident that occurred during a task that required housemates to identify their partners.

According to Ruthee, one of the housemates could tell that one of the twins was present in the room just by their smell, even before seeing them. This, she argued, was a clear indication that the twins had a body odour problem that was apparent to everyone around them.
“They stink, they smell. I’m not even making it up,” Ruthee said emphatically during the interview.
She went on to explain how, during the task, a housemate identified one of the twins by their smell, and that she herself had noticed the odour on multiple occasions.
Ruthee questioned why the twins’ smell was so obvious compared to other housemates, implying that it was a persistent issue that couldn’t be ignored.
Ruthie still insists that what she said about Wanni x Handi weren’t cooked up and they “smell” so bad.
