Christian “King” Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, is facing serious allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and emotional distress in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

The complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses Christian of assaulting her while she was working on his father’s yacht.
According to O’Marcaigh’s filing, she was employed as a steward on the yacht during a trip chartered by Diddy in late December 2022.
She alleges that Christian, who was heavily intoxicated, pressured her to drink tequila and subsequently became aggressive, groping her body and private parts.
O’Marcaigh claims that she tried to resist Christian’s advances and sought refuge in the yacht’s cinema room. However, he allegedly followed her and continued to harass her, even attempting to force her to perform oral sex.
The complaint includes audio recordings, allegedly taken by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, which depict O’Marcaigh declining alcohol and resisting Christian’s advances.

O’Marcaigh further alleges that she reported the incident to the yacht captain the next day, but her claims were not taken seriously, and she was eventually terminated from her job in May 2023.
She claims that she suffered severe mental health issues as a result of the assault, including anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.
Diddy has also been named as a defendant in the lawsuit, accused of aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault and under premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht.
The allegations against Christian come amid a series of lawsuits alleging abuse against Diddy, who has denied all accusations. Last week, federal agents raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing investigation.
Diddy’s attorney has maintained his innocence, stating that there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability. However, the allegations continue to cast a shadow over the rapper’s reputation as the investigation unfolds.
