The passing of Donald Patrick Murray on February 2, 2024, marked the end of an era in Hollywood, but his legacy lives on through his remarkable children – Christopher, Patricia, Sean, Colleen, and Mick Murray.


Murray’s first marriage to actress Hope Lange brought forth two children who inherited their parents’ creative genes. Actor Christopher Murray and photographer Patricia Murray share not only a familial bond but also the artistic inclination that runs deep within the Murray family.

Christopher Murray has made his mark in the film industry with notable roles in films such as “I Am the Cheese” (1983), “And God Created Woman” (1988), “Just Cause,” “Virtuosity” (both 1995), and “Dante’s Peak” (1997).

Sean Murray is an accomplished American composer with an extensive portfolio across film, television, and video games.

Sean’s musical contributions can be heard in a variety of projects, including “God, the Devil and Bob” (2000), “Art Heist” (2004), “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” (1997), “True Crime: Streets of LA” (2003), and the immensely popular “Call of Duty: Black Ops” (2010).
