Tuesday, May 17, 2022 proved to be a very difficult night for Argentinian and Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala as he bade farewell to the Italian giants after their 2-2 draw with Lazio in Turin.

According to Dario As, Dybala didn’t want to leave Juventus but he didn’t receive the contract offer he wanted from the club.

Despite being a good servant for the Juventus, the Turin based club didn’t give him an official goodbye.

Fortunately, Dybala’s teammates did, leading to the Argentine wizard breaking down in tears.

Dybala is attracting interest from some of the Premier League’s biggest sides, including Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

Though it’s not clear where Dybala will be headed, he has previously opened up on two clubs he has always admired from afar.

Back in 2015, Dybala said to Guerin Sportivo ;

“When I play with the PlayStation, I always choose Barcelona or Manchester City.”

“I dream to play one day with one of those clubs.”

Arsenal has also been heavily linked with signing Dybala.

Dybala began his senior club career in 2011 playing for Instituto de Córdoba, before signing for Palermo in 2012, at age 18, where he won a Serie B title.

In 2015, Dybala signed for Juventus and won five league titles and four Coppas Italia.

Dybala was also voted Serie A Most Valuable Player once, was also included in the Serie A Team of the Year four times, and ranks as Juventus’ ninth-highest all-time goalscorer.
