Francis Joseph eventually dropped into the English non-league and played for a number of clubs before turning pro in 1995.
Following his departure from Barnet, Joseph changed clubs several times, playing for Slough Town, Wokingham Town, Leatherhead, Dulwich Hamlet, Chertsey Town, Walton & Hersham, and Chesham, among other English non-league teams.
