After postponing their wedding twice due to Covid 19, they eloped in 2020.
The duo still plans on getting married in front of guests at a formal wedding in the nearest future.
While living in Italy, photography became a way for her to overcome heartbreak and shyness. Self-portraiture became a therapeutic way for her to release feelings and turn them into something tangible.
She attended the Liberal Arts program at Pepperdine University, graduating with a BA in Fine Arts in 2008.

But with such a small photography program, she pursued painting, another love of mine. And then there has always been writing. Writing poetry, essays, fiction, and a stream of consciousness has been something that seems to bring everything in her life together.
She has spent the last fifteen years learning Italian, living in Scotland, Italy, England, California, and Colorado, graduated from culinary school at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine, became a Certified Sommelier, cooked in kitchens, working in wine shops, at a brewery, restaurants, pet sitting and dog walking in Malibu and spent time modeling for portraits and nude figure paintings at a classical school in Italy.
Most recently, she completed her MA in Creative Writing at the University of Westminster in London.
