How Did Makka Pakka Die?

Makka Pakka in the children’s TV series, ‘In The Night Garden, died of excessive consumption of heroin overdose which resulted in a severe rupture of the Tombliboos.

Makka Palma lives in his cave made of rocks and is obsessed with cleaning his collections.

He often stacks freshly cleaned stones into piles resembling his head and body and sleeps on it while cuddling a stone.

Makka Palma would travel around the garden riding his scooter, and carrying behind him his sponge, soap, and orange trumpet.


When he is happy, he says the phrase “Mikka Makka Moo” and uses other phrases such as “agga pang”, “hum dum”, and “ing ang oo”, to mean different things.

When he wants to mean “goodbye”, he says “pip pip onk onk”.

Who Was Makka Pakka?

Makka Pakka is a small rounded doll and cartoon character in the children’s TV series “In The Night Garden”.

Played and voiced by Justyn Towler, Makka Pakka has three rounded protuberances on his head, ears, and bottom back to represent stones that he uses to make piles.
