Darrell Brooks has been accused of six counts of first-degree intentional homicide and 70 counts related to the Waukesha Christmas Parade on Nov. 21, 2021. These accusations began when six people died and many others got injured after Darrell Edward Brooks drove a red Ford Blazer SUV through a Christmas parade in 2021.

Darrell Brooks was convicted of numerous felony charges which come with a life term in prison after the jury accused him of being responsible for the tragedy. Darrell Brooks was convicted on 26th October 2022.

“He did a monstrous thing,” she said. “Throw him in jail, under the jail, hang him. If they had the death penalty here, I would be for that.”

The woman said she’s raised their child with barely any support from Brooks but said, “He was never violent with me. But, maybe because he didn’t have the opportunity because he was in and out of jail.”

“Darrell didn’t mean to hurt nobody” and he “knows nothing about the city of Waukesha.”
