In a video, the actor shared the remarkable tale of how he managed to secure the funds for the project without resorting to loans or conventional financing methods.

During the height of the COVID-19 lockdown, when many in the entertainment industry were grappling with uncertainty, Chatta turned to a unique opportunity that would change his financial trajectory.

He began offering personalized shout-outs, a service that quickly gained popularity among fans and well-wishers. Collaborating with fellow actor Tayo Sobola, Chatta capitalized on the high demand for these shout-outs, earning approximately N300,000 for each one.

As the requests poured in, Chatta found himself accumulating a substantial amount of money, far beyond his initial expectations. Despite his success, Chatta admitted that before this financial breakthrough, he was struggling with several incomplete property projects and had little to no savings to fall back on.
