Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan was born on November 20, 1970, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He is the UAE’s deputy prime minister as well as a minister of presidential affairs. Mansour is the half-brother of UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

He is involved with a number of government-owned firms in the United Arab Emirates. He serves on the Emirates Investment Authority, the Emirates Racing Authority, and the Ministerial Council for Services as chairman.

Mansour is the CEO of IPIC, an investment firm that owns 71% of Aabar Investments. He was made a member of the Supreme Petroleum Council in 2005.
