Naga Munchetty’s weight loss has been documented well by several news tabloids. Naga appeared a little skinnier through the years that have gone by, owing to her exercise and proper diet routine.

Naga doesn’t opt for caffeinated drinks and revealed that her go-to breakfast in porridge. In an interview with the Guardian in 2018, she said;


“At work, my go-to is porridge – I’ve had to ease it into my life to be healthier. I have it with chia seeds and sultanas, and a banana if I’m particularly hungry…I could eat boiled eggs with white pepper every day; I love them so much.”

Naga prefers to take banana, vegetable soup or prawns and calamari tandoori from M&S, for lunch but her tendency to skip lunch may have changed in the past few years.

When she’s not drinking decaf coffee or herbal teas, Naga is partial to a glass of wine or Prosecco in the evenings.

For snacks, Naga has a soft spot for peanut-butter M&Ms, salt and pepper crisps and chocolate raisins.

Naga is also known to be a sports person of sorts. She has been documented for her interest in playing golf and has admitted to playing golf for at least five times a week.

Her skills include playing off a handicap of nine. Naga has also played in the Bishop’s Stortford Gold club, where she won the Hertfordshire de Paula Cup.
