Osula joins Newcastle United to enhance Eddie Howe’s attacking options.
Osula, who has played both as a centre-forward and on the left wing, made 31 appearances and scored three goals during his time at Sheffield United.
His most recent goal was in a 5-2 FA Cup defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion in January.
Newcastle’s head coach, Eddie Howe, expressed enthusiasm about Osula’s potential, stating, “William is a talented young forward with all the attributes to be an exciting player for Newcastle United. We have watched his development closely and are delighted to have the opportunity to work with him.”

Osula joined Sheffield United’s academy in 2018 and signed his first professional contract in 2021. He also had a loan spell at Derby County during the first half of the 2022-23 season, where he scored five goals in 21 appearances.
Additionally, Osula is a Denmark under-21 international, having scored twice in a 3-3 draw with Norway in June.
