Phila Madlingozi Death: What Happened To Phila Madlingozi’s Mother?

Phila Madlingozi’s mother, Judith Maqanda passed away on May 19, 2022. According to reports, she died after a battle with cancer.

Phila said in an interview, “It has been hard for me because she was my pillar of strength. I made this song for her while she was still alive and I was just taking my time in the studio”.

Phila is the son of Ringo Madlingozi, who has made a lot of people dance to his hit songs such as Sondela, Into Yam and Ndiyagodola.

The dinger said he stopped promoting his sound as they were still mourning the loss of his mother. He said, “We are done with the music project so far. The only song that was left was this one I made for her”.
