According to the United States District Judge Ann Donnelly, R. Kelly forced a number of victims into sexual activities and also saddled them with incurable diseases. The judge added that this sentence will deter others who are involved in similar crimes to stop.

In this current dispensation, several females are suffering from sexual abuse and other abuses which are not being talked about. A section of people think there is a need for tougher punishments to deter the offenders of sexual abuse.
