Straughter, who has been disabled since 2018, claims he was unable to attend the event despite buying a ticket and informing the organizers of his needs two weeks before the show.
According to Straughter, the event organizers had promised refunds to attendees who could not access the event but did not honor this commitment.
As a result, Straughter is seeking financial compensation and a court order to ensure that future events are accessible to people with disabilities.
