Rafael Nadal Parera is a Spanish professional tennis player.


He was born on June 3, 1986, in Manacor, Spain to Sebastián Nadal and Ana María Parera.

Nadal turned professional at age 15 and participated in two events on the ITF junior circuit.

Rafael was introduced to the tennis game by his Uncle Toni when he was 3 and coached him till 2017.

He has won 92 ATP singles titles, 36 Masters titles, 22 Grand Slam men’s singles titles including a record 14 French Open titles.

He is currently ranked world No. 4 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals. He has been ranked world No. 1 for 209 weeks and has finished as the year-end No. 1 five times.

Sebastián Nadal Homar is a Spanish businessman.

He was born on October 3, 1963, in Spain.

Sebastián Nadal has three siblings; Miguel Ángel Nadal (retired footballer), Toni Nadal (tennis coach) and Marilen Nadal.

The 58-year-old Nadal is the owner of an insurance company, glass and window company Vidres Mallorca, and also runs a restaurant named Sa Punta.

Sebastián Nadal was married to Ana María Parera Femenías and together they share two children; Rafael Nadal Parera and Maria Isabel Nadal.

Sebastián Nadal and Ana María divorced in 2009.
