According to Simi, it is crucial to appreciate kindness and integrity rather than simply admiring those who have more money.

In a post on X, Simi shared a strong message, cautioning against the admiration of wealthy individuals who lack moral values. She believes that true worth lies in a person’s character rather than their financial status.

Simi first gained attention in 2014 with her song “Tiff,” which earned a nomination for Best Alternative Song at The Headies 2015.

After signing with X3M Music in 2014, she parted ways with the label in May 2019 after her contract ended.

Her second album, “Simisola,” was released on September 8, 2017, followed by her third album, “Omo Charlie Champagne, Vol. 1,” which coincided with her 31st birthday on April 19, 2019. Simi also launched her own record label, Studio Brat, in June 2019.
