According to Walmart, this year’s Black Friday activities are intended to spread the offers throughout three distinct shopping times rather than focusing them on a single date in order to provide customers with a “safe, pleasant shopping experience.”
In reaction to the coronavirus epidemic, the store held a similar “Black Friday Deals for Days” promotion ahead of the 2020 holiday season.
The first bargains go live at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 18, and will remain until supplies run out. A Ninja 4QT Air Fryer for $69, a 55-inch TCL Smart 4K UHD TV for $298, and a 442-piece Lego kit for $20 are among the special deals.
Walmart is giving its Walmart+ subscribers early access to this year’s bargains, allowing them to start shopping online four hours before the rest of the world.
The following are the other events:
The first begins on Walmart.com on November 3 at 7 p.m. (Walmart+ subscribers may sign up as early as 3 p.m.) and continues in-store on November 5 at 5 a.m. Among the discounts are a 55-inch TCL 4K Roku TV for $228, a Keurig K-Compact for $35, and $20 off Goodyear tires during Walmart’s tire-savings promotion.
The second begins online on November 10 at 7 p.m. (3 p.m. for Walmart+ members) and continues in-store on November 12 at 5 a.m. Deals include a $279 HP laptop and a Shark EZ. The Robot Vacuum is $288, while the Apple AirPods are $89.
The dates and offers for Event 3 have not been revealed, but Walmart promises it will conclude its “Black Friday Deals for Days Event” with the “largest, greatest savings of the season.”
