Leslie Phillips has had three marriages. Phillips married his third wife, Zara Carr (born 1963), on December 20, 2013, in Mayfair, central London. Phillips married Zara Carr, who was in her fifties when he was 89 years old. He said of his third marriage: ‘I’m very happy, I’m very happy about it. In fact, I’ve been longing for it.

Zara Carr is a Turkish social worker. After Phillips’ second wife committed suicide, Carr was the one who looked after him. She assisted him in overcoming Angela’s death, which left the actor heartbroken and distraught.
