Foster’s impressive career includes collaborations with top artists like Celine Dion, with whom he created hits such as “The Prayer” and “Because You Loved Me.”

These collaborations garnered him several Grammy Awards. He also earned Grammys for his production work on Natalie Cole’s “Unforgettable” and the soundtrack for “The Bodyguard.”

Throughout his career, Foster has won 16 Grammy Awards out of 47 nominations. He began as a keyboardist for the pop group Skylark in the early 1970s before focusing on composing and production.

Collaborating frequently with songwriter Diane Warren, Foster has made significant contributions to various genres and served as chairman of Verve Records from 2012 to 2016.
