On January 29, 2021, David Culley was hired to become the head coach of the Houston Texans, becoming The Texans’ fourth head coach in franchise history.

David Culley’s tenure as the head coach of the Houston Texans was short-lived as he was fired on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2022, after just one season.
