James Seth Littrell is an American football coach and former player. He is an offensive analyst at his alma mater, the University of Oklahoma. He was the head coach of the North Texas Mean Green football team from 2016 to 2022.

In his first season in Chapel Hill, Littrell helped Carolina establish several school records, including most passing yards, most passing touchdowns, and most first downs.
