The thirteen-year-old Lewis started acting. Lewis has subsequently kept up his appearances in TV series, including The Sleepover Club, Rescue: Special Ops, H2O: Just Add Water, and Mortified.
On the Lego Masters Australia Christmas special in 2022, Lewis made an appearance as a celebrity competitor. Lewis and Rhiannon Fish were paired in the romantic comedy He Loves Me Not, which was shot in K’gari (Fraser Island) and Hervey Bay, Queensland, the next year.

A source close to the actor confirmed their divorce, stating that while the couple was previously inseparable, ‘life just got in the way’.
