Dr. Lawrence Tetteh recounted the incident during an interview on GTV, explaining that Shatta Wale approached him on the flight to London on Saturday, April 27, seeking his assistance to apologize to John Mahama for certain comments he had made against him in the past.

Dr. Tetteh then facilitated a meeting between Shatta Wale and John Mahama on the flight, where Shatta Wale knelt before the former President, expressing remorse and seeking forgiveness for his past remarks.
