Following his split from Kim Kardashian in 2021, Kardashian has upheld their luxurious Hidden Hills estate nearby, while West’s ranch crumbles.

The ranch, once bustling with Sunday Service gatherings and housing his Donda Academy headquarters, now appears deserted and deteriorating.

Notably, this isn’t the first property West has neglected. In 2021, he invested in a lavish oceanfront mansion in Malibu, initiating a significant renovation project.
