Chelsea Football Club has finalized the acquisition of Brazilian professional footballer Estêvão Willian Almeida de Oliveira Gonçalves, commonly known as Estêvão Willian, from the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A team Palmeiras.

At just 17, Estêvão has swiftly captured attention in South America for his adept dribbling and lightning-fast speed.
Estêvão started his football career in the youth system of Cruzeiro, where he played from 2017 to 2021, before signing a trainee contract with Palmeiras’ youth academy on May 6, 2021.

While at the Palmeiras academy, Estêvão contributed to the youth teams’ victories in the Campeonato Paulista Sub-17, Campeonato Paulista Sub-15, Copa do Brasil Sub-17, and Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-17.
Following his impressive performance with the youth team, the wonderkid was promoted to the senior side in 2023, making his professional debut on December 7.
In his debut season in senior football, Estêvão has made 10 appearances in the Brazilian Série A for Palmeiras, contributing with two goals and two assists.
Estêvão will join fellow Brazilians Andrey Santos, Deivid Washington, and Angelo Gabriel at Stamford Bridge on July 1, 2025.
