Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, widely known as Portable, has revealed the extent of his financial troubles after being swindled by tour organizers in America.

The controversial musician shared a video stating that he planned to visit America but was denied entry six times by their embassy. He alleges that his poor English skills were cited as the reason for the rejections.

He further explained that he was paid N3.6 million for the event and that many people had bought tickets. However, he couldn’t attend because he wasn’t granted a visa.
Further elaborating, Portable mentioned that the event promoters demanded more than twice the amount he was paid. They asked for over N20 million, but he has only managed to pay N18 million so far.
