American businessman of Rollins Corporation, Henry B. Tippie, has died on Sunday, Feb. 20 in his home in Austin, Texas at age 95. His cause of death is yet to be revealed.

Henry was featured on the NYSE Hall of Fame, for pioneering the leveraged buyout with the 1964 acquisition of Orkin.

During his lifetime, Henry B. Tippie traveled from the fields of Iowa to Wall Street to a Texas ranch, thanks to hard work, integrity, and generosity—and to his University of Iowa degree.

Tippie is an Iowa success story who believed that ‘every day is a new day.’ He was a plain man who achieved great things, thoroughly enjoyed his life, appreciated his friends, loved his wife, and made the world a better place.
