How many grandchildren does Jack and Barbara Nicklaus have?

Jack Nicklaus is one of the greatest golfers in history and he conquered everything one could in sport.

Jack and Barbara met during their freshman year at Ohio State University. These two got engaged during Christmas of 1959 and later got married on the 23rd of July, 1960.

Jack Nicklaus and his wife had five kids. Out of his five kids, only Gary has pursued his career in golf and also spent three years as a member of the PGA Tour.

Nicklaus and Barbara have 22 grandchildren and the number only continues to grow. The golf legend loves his family which will only keep growing with each passing year.

Jack Nicklaus does not consider family as those who are only related by blood. He also has an extended family, which he calls his children. These are the children who are being treated at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

In 2005, Nicklaus’ grandson died tragically at only 17 months old. The circumstances behind it were unfortunate.
