Patricia Reilly is the wife of former college basketball coach Jay Wright, who served as the head coach of Villanova University from 2001 until 2022.

Jay Wright and his wife Patricia Reilly met in 1983, and at the time, Patricia was a cheerleader at Villanova, while the now-former head coach played college basketball at Bucknell.

They married shortly after graduating from college and have been together ever since.
