Blai and Maria Munar are the parents of tennis player Jaume Munar. The player spent his childhood days in Santanyi, Spain with a younger sister, Antonia.

Jaume’s family influenced him to commit as a tennis player and convulsed him into pro indirectly.
Jaume Munar achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 52 on May 20, 2019. He also has a career-high ATP doubles ranking of No. 149, which he attained on February 10, 2020.
Munar achieved a career-high combined ranking of No. 3 on the junior tour on January 26, 2015. Munar reached the French Open Boys’ Final in 2014, where he was defeated by Andrey Rublev.

He defeated top juniors like Michael Mmoh and Quentin Halys on his way to the final. In 2013, he also won the Junior Davis Cup.
Munar won his first ATP Tour match against Guillermo Garcia-López at the 2015 German Open after the world No. 31 retired after three games, propelling him into the top-500 for the first time.
