Rostam Aziz Abdulrasul is a Tanzanian politician, businessman and economist. He was born on August 21, 1964, to Aziz Sagari. His family is one of the wealthiest families in East Africa.

Aziz represented his constituency, Igunga from 1994 till he resigned in 2011. He also served as the national treasure of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) from 2006 to 2011.

With his reign as an MP, he helped his constituents get access to water and electricity. He also provided every household with health insurance from the community health fund.
