Charles Everett Johnson (), a professional American football player who was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round (17th overall) of the 1994 NFL Draft has died.

Johnson was born on January 3, 1972 and died on July 19, 2022 aged 50.
Johnson’s death was confirmed by his former team mates. However, a cause of death was not given.
Johnson was a 6’0″, 202-lb. wide receiver from the University of Colorado, and he played nine seasons in the National Football League from 1994 to 2002 for the Steelers, the Philadelphia Eagles, the New England Patriots, and the Buffalo Bills.
