Gordon Price: Meet Tonya Harding’s Only Child

Tonya Maxene Price is an American former figure skater, retired boxer, and a reality television personality. Born in Portland, Oregon, Harding was raised primarily by her mother, who enrolled her in ice skating lessons beginning at three years old. She married 42-year-old Joseph Price on June 23, 2010, when she was 39 years old. She gave birth to a son named Gordon on February 19, 2011.

The former figure skating champ delivered her son Saturday via Cesarean section in a Washington state hospital, The Oregonian reported. “Everybody’s healthy and happy,” her friend, Don Horn, told the paper. “She’s always wanted a baby,” he said. “She was told she could never have a child … and guess what? It really is a miracle and she really is very happy.”

The baby, Gorden Prince is the first child for Harding, 40, and her husband, Joseph Price, whom she married in June.

Gordon, who she shares with husband Joseph Price, watched her first week of competition on April 30 from home.
