They both announced their breakup on Instagram on December 29, 2020. Vonn stated that they had parted ways but remained friends. In late 2020, they announced that they had purchased the football team Angel City FC.
Lindsey Vonn is a four-time World Cup overall champion, having won three titles in a row in 2008, 2009, and 2010, as well as another in 2012. She also won a gold medal in downhill skiing at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
