Taxi actor, Christopher Lloyd’s nephew, Sam Lloyd, was an American actor and singer, famous for playing the role of lawyer Ted Buckland in the comedy-drama series Scrubs and the sitcom Cougar Town.

He also appeared in the movies Exterminators, Spelling Bee, Back At Midnight and many more.
Sam was born on November 12, 1963 and passed away on April 30, 2020, at age 56, following a diagnosis of brain tumor and lung cancer.
He is survived by his wife Vanessa and their son, Weston.
