Hunter Henry was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Mark and Jenny Henry. Due to his father’s job, his family moved to the Atlanta region in the summer of 2000.

Hunter Henry attended Pulaski Academy in Little Rock for four years before moving back to his first year of high school.

As a freshman, Hunter Henry played offensive tackle, wide receiver, and defensive end for the football team.

Hunter Henry was taken by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Arkansas, where he played college football.

Hunter Henry played for the Chargers for five seasons before joining the Patriots in 2021.
