Don Omar Parents: Meet Luz Antonia Rivera, William Landrón
Don Omar, the eldest child of William Landrón and Luz Antonia Rivera, was born in Santurce, a neighborhood in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he was raised.
He was raised in the Villa Altagracia neighborhood of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic’s Cristo Rey barrio.
He expressed interest in the music of Vico C and Brewley MC at a young age but never actually listened to it.
Little is known about Don Omar’s parents other than the fact that they are his parents.
