Amanda Serrano Children: Does Amanda Serrano Have Kids?

Serrano was born in Carolina, the same town where her sister Cindy was born. Carolina was the birthplace of her grandparents. Her family relocated to New York when she was a child, joining the city’s large Puerto Rican diaspora (colloquially known as Nuyoricans). She grew up in an oasis of Puerto Rican culture, surrounded by this community, where traditional food and salsa music reign supreme.

Her upbringing is reflected in the way she speaks Spanish, in a dialect with a distinct accent commonly associated with that population (Spanglish) The family lived in Brooklyn, where she remained until she was an adult.

She was an active child with a strong interest in swimming when she was younger. Serrano, 12, accompanied her sister to her husband Jordan Maldonado’s gym after she began boxing training with the intention of losing weight. She continued to visit the facility and eventually landed her first job there.
