Andrew Brayshaw (born November 8, 1999) is an Australian rules footballer who currently plays for the Fremantle Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).

After a string of impressive pre-season games, he made his AFL debut for Fremantle in the first round of the 2018 AFL season. In Round 20, he was struck by West Coast Eagles player Andrew Gaff in an off-the-ball incident, ending his debut season. Gaff was suspended for eight AFL games as a result, while Brayshaw suffered a fractured jaw and three dislodged teeth.

In 2020, Brayshaw appeared in every game, averaging 20 disposals per game. Brayshaw signed a four-year contract extension with Fremantle at the end of the season, tying him to the club until 2025.

Brayshaw stood out during Fremantle’s four-point win over Richmond in round 20 of the 2021 AFL season, collecting a career-high 39 disposals.

He was found guilty of making unreasonable eye contact with Jarrod Berry of the Brisbane Lions in Round 21, 2021, and was given a one-game suspension. Brayshaw appealed the ban to the AFL tribunal but was unsuccessful in having it reduced.
Brayshaw earned his first All-Australian selection in the 2022 AFL season, being named to the All-Australian interchange bench.

Brayshaw’s older brother Angus also plays for the Melbourne Demons in the AFL, while his other older brother Hamish previously played for the West Coast Eagles. His father, Mark Brayshaw, played for North Melbourne, his uncle, James, is a former cricketer and radio and television broadcaster, and his grandfather, Ian Brayshaw, is a former State cricketer.
