American singer, musician, and songwriter Charles Edward Daniels lived from October 28, 1936, to July 6, 2020. His music was a pioneer of Southern rock, fusing rock, country, blues, and jazz. He appeared in videos produced by the National Rifle Association (NRA), of which he was a member.
