Scott Grimes Parents: Meet Pam Grimes, Rick Grimes

Aside from acting, Scott Grimes has had a successful musical career as a singer-songwriter. He rose to prominence after co-writing and performing the soft rock single “Sunset Blvd,” which charted well on the Billboard charts.

Grimes also performed as one of the four singers in Russell Crowe’s band, Indoor Garden Party. Grimes was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, and grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico until the age of ten, when he moved to Dracut and attended Dracut Public Schools. He comes from a creative family, as his sister Heather Grimes is also an actor.

He is also the uncle of Camryn Grimes, who is well-known for her appearances in the serial opera “The Young and the Restless.”

Grimes began his acting career at a young age, co-starring with Mickey Rooney in the made-for-TV holiday film “It Came Upon the Midnight Clear” when he was just 13 years old. His talent led to his appearance in the 1985 episode “Little Boy Lost” of the legendary television series “The Twilight Zone.”
