Jiménez recovered from several lackluster seasons in 2004, finishing fourth on the Order of Merit once more and leading all players with four victories on the European Tour.
He continued to be in good shape into 2005, winning the Celtic Manor Wales Open and the Omega Hong Kong Open, both of which are competitions on the European Tour. He has appeared in the Official World Golf Rankings’ top 20.
