Damon Severson is a skilled professional ice hockey player hailing from Canada. He is the son of Donna and Doug Severson.

Severson began playing ice hockey at the age of four, and he has also participated in football, baseball, basketball, and badminton.
There isn’t much information about his mother, Donna. However, according to sources, his father, Doug, was athletic and coached children in basketball and hockey.
He even coached Damon as a child, as he revealed on the New Jersey Devils Official Podcast with host Matt Loughlin, when he opened up about Damon’s childhood.

Damon Severson’s journey to the NHL began when he was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the second round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
During the 2014-15 season, Severson made his professional debut and recorded his first NHL point and goal in the same game. By December, he had four goals and eight assists for a total of 12 points in New Jersey’s first 32 games. In 51 games, Severson finished his first professional season with five goals and 17 points.
Severson has represented Canada at both the junior and senior levels on the international stage. In 2011, he made his junior team debut at the 2011 World U-17 Hockey Challenge, where Team Canada did not medal.
