The Mexican professional footballer Érick Daniel Sánchez Ocegueda plays as a midfielder for Liga MX club Pachuca and the Mexico national team.
A native of Gustavo A. Madero, Mexico City, Mexico, Sánchez commenced his football playing career at an early age joining the youth setup of Club de Fútbol Pachuca in 2014.
While with the youth system, he played in all of Pachuca’s youth divisions including Under-15, Under-17, Under-20, Second Division, and the First Division team.

Following his four-year stint with the Pachuca youth team, Sánchez proceeded to the main team in 2018.
From 2018 to 2020, Sánchez had a loaned spell with Club Deportivo Mineros de Zacatecas, a Mexican football club from Zacatecas that compete in the Mexican Liga de Expansión MX.
Érick Daniel Sánchez Ocegueda played 40 matches in the 2022-2023 Liga MX season. He had 4 goals, 3 assists, 5 yellow cards, and 1 red card.
