In New Zealand, Jitka Klimková has coached the national under-17 women’s team, including their campaign at the FIFA 2014 Under-17 Women’s World Cup.
At the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Jitka Klimková guided the Ferns to their first-ever victory in the tournament, in a 1–0 victory over Norway in the opening match in Auckland.
